WorkPoint A/S and Esbjerg have become a better match

 

Although WorkPoint is experiencing growth and new business opportunities on the European market, the international software manufacturer estimates that the time has now come to enhance the efforts in the Esbjerg local area. The development of Esbjerg’s business sector is very strong. In recent years, the city has attracted several larger – and also several knowledge-heavy and project-oriented organisations. This is seen as huge potential in WorkPoint, who has extensive experience in managing the needs and complexity of especially these types of companies.

You can say we are returning to the roots. We have always been involved in the local community and we already have a number of large local customers. The reason we have now seriously increased the local focus, is that Esbjerg has also changed. WorkPoint and Esbjerg are simply a better match today than before. Therefore it is the right time to create more local attention to our solutions, says WorkPoint’s Head of Marketing, Rolf Winther Christiansen.

WorkPoint, who in April 2017 moved into the distinctive White House at Esbjerg Brygge, are experts in putting knowledge into system and future-proof processes and workflows. The software company’s products are built on Microsoft’s platform, SharePoint and SharePoint Online. The portfolio includes case and document management, email management, and contract and contact management. All of them is tailored and tested to specific organisational needs.

WorkPoint typically sells the solutions as subscriptions. This helps both in future-proofing our business and create efficient, modern, digital workplaces. We can continuously develop, service and update the customer’s product, Rolf Winther Christiansen points out and elaborates:

– For us, it is about being able to help local companies reduce waste time by systemising routine tasks in SharePoint and Office 365. By structuring soft data as documents, emails, contracts and much more, the company is able to work more efficiently and competitively and increase knowledge sharing.

Compared to the popular product WorkPoint 365, the software company has in recent years primarily developed solutions and apps focusing on the cloud market. Also at this point, WorkPoint expects to be able to optimise the workflows of the Esbjerg business community. It is particularly small and medium-sized businesses are lagging behind when it comes to trust in cloud platforms.

WorkPoint event for local organisations

Thursday, March 28 at 10:00 CET, WorkPoint holds a free event for all interested companies in the local area. The program offers an introduction to WorkPoint’s vertical business solutions.

In addition to demonstrating basic functions such as document and email management and solutions for project and contract management, HR and the Personal Data Regulation.
