WorkPoint 365 ensures a uniformly high quality in the management of cases. Case management allows you to focus on streamlining routine tasks and ensure that predefined processes are maintained throughout the case process. As a result, you are ensured an efficient knowledge-sharing platform, where all knowledge and important documents are always journaled as it relates to a case and a case process, and therefore met the requirements of authorities.
WorkPoint 365 affords the management of cases a birds-eye view of “all cases” and “my cases”, as well as a status overview of cases. All relevant documents, emails, and tasks are affiliated with the individual case. Providing a crystal clear overview of all cases quickly and easily, and not least ensuring that you are always able to find and retrieve accurate documentation as it relates to requirements from authorities.
Automatic version management of documents ensures all changes and corrections in case documents are always registered, establishing a structured process for approval in WorkPoint.
Well-organised templates library making it easy to create new case documents. This provides case workers with guidance and structure for specific types of cases, as you can create templates for meeting reports, status reports, offer documents, framework agreements and the like.
Drag & Drop
Efficient email management with journalisation directly from Outlook with drag and drop functions making it far easier to file and archive mails and documents. Simply drag your documents, mails or attachments and drop them onto an indivdual case, customer or project, making it far easier to corretly gather information and data.
Advanced Search Function
Advanced search function made simple and easy. WorkPoint provides an intuitive search function that helps your organisation in quickly finding and retrieving information, data and documents of employees as all correspondence is automatically stored according to their individual cases and customers.
With a WorkPoint Express plugin, many of the tasks associated with handling cases can be done directly in Microsoft Outlook. Employees can work with complex and cross-organisational cases directly from their Office 365 platform, making everyday applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word the natural and preferred tool for the case workers.
Emails and documents for a case are easily archived from Outlook via drag and drop functionality, and the case manager can also quickly find and retrieve documents from a case located in SharePoint Online and begin editing the document through Office 365 applications.
